Graham Emmett

Managing Director
Graham Emmett graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and went on to complete his Masters in Industrial Psychology at the Rand Afrikaans University. He worked for Anglovaal as Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for the full spectrum of HR and organisational development functions. He previously filled the roles of group psychology services and organisational development specialist.

Sian Thurtell

Business Operations Director
Sian Thurtell, Business Operations Director at KBC Health and Safety (Pty) Ltd (a division of Workforce Holdings Limited), a specialist company in Employee and Contractor Onboarding. With 15 years of professional working experience in multiple disciplines in Sub-Saharan Africa and the UK. Jared Kangisser

Deputy Managing Director

For the past ten years, Natalie has been involved in learning and development, innovation, and business administration. Natalie has extensive experience in Telesales and Call Centre management and qualifies Occupationally Directed Educational and Training Development Practices.

For the past 21 years, Dries has grown a passion for operations management, customer satisfaction, and business management. Dries believes strongly in staying abreast of advancements in all areas of business management, and he continues to pursue his studies in this field.

Ruan Janse Van Rensburg

Regional General Manager
Before joining KBC in 2016, Ruan was actively involved in the manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on client engagement, business management, strategic marketing initiatives. Ruan holds a certificate in Retail Management through the University of Pretoria, and a SHEQ management certificate through IRCA Global and believes that ongoing business studies are the key to his success. Ruan is passionate about finding innovative solutions to the onboarding and compliance problems in the mining and construction industries.

Lesley Young

Quality & Risk
Lesley joined KBC in 2007 after gaining competencies and experience in the fields of Banking, Computer Systems Design & Programming, and Business Administration. Lesley fulfils a multi-faceted support and management role across the company in the areas of Quality Management (ISO 9001), Risk Management, Systems, Operations, and Internal & External Client Services.

Lizo Nxele

Human Capital Manager
Joined KBC in January 2019. The office of Human Capital looks after recruitment, benefits administration, Labour Relations, and HR information systems and in this capacity, Lizo is the main point of contact for more than 100 employees. Before joining KBC Lizo held several positions in the field of Human Resources in Retail, Corporate, and Public Service. Lizo holds a B-Tech in Human Resources Management from the Nelson Mandela Municipality University.

Tanya Harris

Tanya Harris, Partner: Finance, joined KBC in 2007 in the position of Financial Manager. Her passion for numbers and management of sound financial practices has seen her gain extensive overall knowledge and experience in this field. Tanya has completed tertiary education in bookkeeping, business studies and financial management through UNISA, and is continually looking for ways to develop and grow both professionally and personally.
